Best free UML tool

阅读别人的代码如果没有工具，很容易一叶障目，不见泰山。人人皆知的sourceInsight自不必提，但是想了解代码的Model，还是需要Reverse Engineering功能的。众多的商业软件都提供了这些功能,但是开源软件同样做的非常的强大和灵活。

StarUML 是几个韩国人用Dephi/kylix开发的开源项目。在sf上的简介是：
